I am ready to use my skills as a movement and dance teacher to educate society that mental illness can happen to anyone at anytime and to remove the stigma that that these persons attach to mental health. This project is develpoing and i am looking for people who are able to speak about themselves, be able to tell of the stigma that they feel they faced or how they felt when someone they knew (Family/Friends/Work Collegues) told them of there mental illness and how they felt and overcame this. and how best we can challenge these perceptions through education.
